In this scenario, check to see if you hear any hissing noises emanating from the exhaust port or if the drive piston inside the nail gun is moving due to shaking it with your hand. WebOpen the magazine and remove any nails, then open the nose piece by undoing the latch on top. You'll see the driver blade over extended and hasn't retracted back into the plunger readying itself for your next shot. This happens when your depth of drive is set too deep/you release the trigger too early or a combination of the two.
