Well, I seemed to remember that an earlier version of BricsCad had a plot style creation utility that allowed you to convert a pcp file to a ctb file - and I found it! Version 7 had this capability! It is fairly straightforward to see the mapping between the 255 pens and their 255 colors. Perhaps creating a default CTB from scratch and tweaking the (hopefully few) values that differ.
