It feels so good and relaxes all those tight, sore muscles. I like that you can move it around do different parts of your back, neck and shoulders. But heed the warnings and do not use medium or high settings! WebI have really tight neck and shoulder muscles pretty regularly. This gives a really good, hard massage and helps loosen up those muscles in no time!
