WebBRAFTOVI is authorised in combination with MEKTOVI for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma with a BRAF V600 mutation (see SmPC for the full indication). The active substance of BRAFTOVI is encorafenib and of MEKTOVI is binimetinib and both are given by the oral route of administration.
